This Code of Conduct contains definitions of ethical behavior by all members of the CO CF "MISSION KHARKIV" (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation), including partners, employees, volunteers, and contractors.

Ethical behavior is an important element of the Foundation's activities, its reputation, compliance with its mission and ability to achieve its goals.

The Code contains commitments to ethical behavior and expectations of certain behavior from our partners/contractors.

WE are all part of MISSION KHARKIV: founders, partners, employees, volunteers, contractors.

We are committed to:

- act ethically and responsibly, comply with all laws and regulations;

- treat everyone with respect and dignity;

- not tolerate any form of discrimination on any basis, including but not limited to exclusively, on the basis of race, gender, religion, age, disability nationality or any other protected characteristic;

- avoid any situation that may create a conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict between our personal interests and the interests of MISSION KHARKOV as a charitable organization;

- be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and not disseminating beyond the limits of the permitted all information with which we work or come into contact;

- ensure the reliability, accuracy, and integrity of our records and reports;

- to use the resources of MISSION KHARKIV responsibly and for the intended purpose;

- fight against bribery and corruption;

- not accept or offer any form of improper payment or benefit;

- not tolerate any form of harassment or intimidation;

- respect the rights and well-being of all persons involved in any way in the implementation ofthe Fund's activities.

MISSION KHARKIV interacts with:

Donors - partners, grantors, etc

Counterparties - persons with whom the Foundation is in temporary contractual relations in order to achieve a specific result, to whom we treat with respect and honesty, build transparent and understandable relations for all parties and provide guarantees to ensure the targeted and responsible use of donations (funds, property) for the purpose determined by the parties.

Beneficiaries - recipients of all types of assistance to whom we treat with compassion, respect, and honesty.

Media - MISSION KHARKIV is open to honest work and cooperation with any organization that disseminates reliable information in compliance with our confidentiality obligations and confidentiality rules.

Creating and maintaining safe and healthy working conditions is the main principle of relations at MISSION KHARKIV.

To demand and monitor compliance with the rules of conduct not only when in the office, in the performance of duties, but also at home, in transport, taking into account the country's martial law, since human life is the greatest value.

Require avoidance and avoidance of any behavior that may worsen safety conditions, labor productivity, including any abusive behavior and/or alcohol or drug abuse by all categories of persons who have any relation to the Fund.

We guarantee the limited access and confidentiality of the information received and the security of the person who provided it.

We will review all reports quickly and thoroughly: objectively and impartially, and will provide feedback.

We will not allow or tolerate any form of retaliation against those who report in good faith any concerns or abuses we have. We will take appropriate action against any member who violates this Code, including termination of employment or any other contractual relationship.

We will provide all of our members with appropriate briefing and training on this Code of Conduct. We will regularly review and update this Code to ensure its relevance and effectiveness

The Code of Conduct is publicly available on our website, bulletin boards, booklets, etc.

By adhering to this Code of Conduct, we can ensure that MISSION KHARKIV operates with the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior. We thank all our members for their commitment to these principles.
